Florida — The family of a Florida A&M drum major who died in a hazing incident is bringing a lawsuit against the school. Robert Champion, 26, died at an Orange County Hospital where he was taken after he was found throwing up and having difficulty breathing while on the band bus. The band had been playing at the Florida Classic football game. Champion was a senior member of the band, but officials think he was targeted because he dropped his baton during a performance.
