Trenton, New Jersey  –A man pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of conspiracy to broker an illegal kidney sale.  He also admitted in federal court that he had previously brokered three illegal kidney transplants from people in Israel to patients in the United States.  This case was the first black-market organ trafficking case proven in the U.S.  Levy Izhak Rosenbaum paid Israeli donors $10,000 for their kidneys and sold them in the U.S. for $120,000.  All his transplants were successful for both the donors and recipients.  Rosenbaum faces up …
