San Diego, CA –Thirteen people were having a wedding ceremony in a hot air balloon when it crashed into a backyard in San Diego.  The incident occurred in Rancho Penasquitos at around 4:45 p.m. The couple just got married when the balloon operator had trouble landing the balloon.  He tried to bring down the balloon a couple of times, but he kept missing the landing sites.  The balloon hit a fence and then hit the ground in a back yard. One person suffered a minor back injury in the accident and was taken to the hospital. The newly married couple, Kerin and Jonathan Narcisse, continued on to their reception.
