Atlanta, Georgia –An Atlanta-area woman was charged with reckless conduct as the result of a confrontation with a teenage girl in a Walmart parking lot. The incident was caught on video and showed the woman ramming a 17-year-old girl with her car. The teen said she was trying to save a parking space for her friend who is pregnant. Anglea Cornett wanted the parking space and had words with the girl before pushing the gas and hitting the girl. The teen was not seriously injured, but had a black mark on her jeans where she was hit. Cornett claims that the teen stepped in front of her car, but the video does not back up her story. The woman could face additional charges as a result of the incident. If you have been injured due to someone else’s behavior, contact a Atlanta personal injury attorney to review your case.
