Man Arrested For Shoplifting Bites Arresting Officer

Sacramento, CA –A young man accused of shoplifting bit a sheriff’s deputy as he was being arrested.  The incident occurred at the Walmart located in the 5800 block of Antelope Road about 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.  Breyon D. Wilson, 20, was being detained by store security officers when the deputies arrived.  Wilson tried to run and during a struggle he allegedly bit the deputy on the arm.  Wilson was arrested and booked on suspicion of mayhem, battery on a peace officer, resisting an executive officer, theft, and committing a crime while out on bail.  The deputy was treated and released.  If you are have been arrested for a crime, get the advice of a Sacramento criminal defense attorney today.
