Disneyland Park Visitor Assaults Park Employee
Anaheim, CA — A visitor at Disneyland’s California Adventure Park was pepper sprayed after he slugged a park employee twice. The incident occurred on Saturday near the “Tower of Terror” ride. It is not known what started the incident, but someone caught on video Glenn Horlacher, 53, who was allegedly drunk and violent, swing twice at the much smaller employee. The employee, a Disney security guard, sprayed Horlacher with pepper spray and other park patrons helped subdue Horlacher until the police arrived. Horlacher was arrested on battery and assault charges and taken to an Anaheim jail. The security guard was treated for his injuries at a local hospital and then released. The incident will be investigated by the Anaheim police department. If you have been arrested for assault and battery charges, get the advice of a Orange County criminal defense attorney today.
