39 Residents Displaced By Apartment Fire

Chicago, IL — Thirty-nine residents were left without a home by a fire that occurred in a two-story Northwest Side apartment complex on Thursday. About 4:20 a.m. firefighters were called to the 4700 block of North Central Park Avenue in the Albany Park neighborhood for a 2-11 alarm fire. No one was injured in the blaze and it took firefighters only twenty minutes to put out the fire. The American Red Cross was called in to help the people who were displaced by the fire.
