Houston, TX –A little boy was killed when a driftwood log rolled down a dune and struck him at Crystal Beach on Thursday.  LaShaun Lovejoy Huff, 3, was walking with family members along the beach near Monkhouse Road when a 39-foot long, 3-feet in diameter log shifted and began rolling down the small hill.  The log that weighed several hundred pounds hit the boy.  The boy’s grandfather and a 15-year-old sibling tried to stop the log and were injured in the process.  LaShaun was pronounced dead at the scene.  The accident is being investigated.  If you have been injured or a loved one has died on someone’s property, get the advice of an attorney today.
