Three Vehicle Collision Injures 2 Adults and 2 Children

San Diego, CA — A collision involving three vehicles injured four people on Sunday at about 10 a.m. A Land Rover was heading eastbound on the Interstate 8 at about 80 to 90 mph when it struck a red car. After that the Land Rover rear-ended a Lexus SUV, causing it to spin out and cross over the center divider of the freeway. The SUV went over an embankment and fell about 150 feet. The two adults and two children in the SUV were taken to the hospital. The children were ages 10 and 6, and were listed in stable condition. The condition of the adults is unknown. The driver of the Land Rover was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
