Police arrested a 17-year old Sunday afternoon in the stabbing death of his 19-year old girlfriend in the Herndon area.

Siobhan L. Russell was found stabbed to death in the downstairs room at her boyfriend’s home.

Reports say the two were arguing over their relationship when the teen stabbed Russell in her upper body.

The boyfriend’s father was at the house when the incident happened and called the police.

He is being charged as a juvenile and his name was not released.
