Five Italian citizens who lost their lives in a collision of a tourist helicopter and a small airplane are being represented in a lawsuit against Liberty Helicopters Inc and the Meridian Consulting I Corporation Inc. There were nine people killed in the accident, which occurred last August over the Hudson River in New York City. The attorneys allege there are many parties to blame for the deaths, and they are also naming the estate if Steven Altman, who was the pilot of the airplane, as well as the owner of the aircraft, LCA Partnership of Pennsylvania. The victims are Fabio Gallazzi, Giacomo Gallazzi, Tiziana Pedroni, Filippo Norelli and Michele Norelli, and attorneys are seeking in excess of $75,000 per person in damages.
