ANAHEIM – A man was killed and three others injured after a high speed police chase resulted in a three-car accident Monday night.

One of the injured men is in police custody in suspicion of felony manslaughter, felony DUI and felony evading and battery.

Police responded to a call about an assault in a store parking lot. When officers arrived, two men jumped into a red pick up truck and fled. Police went after the suspects in a short pursuit. Reports say that the pick up truck ran a red light and slammed into two vehicles traveling north.

49-year old Orlando Botello of Chino Hills was killed in the accident. The driver of the red pick up truck was taken to the hospital and is serious condition.
